Return & Exchange Policy
‘MY Outfits’ aims to prioritize the needs of its customers so that they are fully content with their purchases. However, in case of unsatisfaction, we are here to help: We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery date. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
- You can send your product to be replaced by contacting us via Whatsapp or by sending an email at email@example.com.
- Exchange is only valid if contacted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product/(s) must be unused, in the original packaging with labels attached.
- Your item needs to have a proof of purchase (the receipt or order number.)
- Items purchased on sale are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Defective item/(s) can be returned within 7 days of delivery date.
- Contact us via Whatsapp or send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- After receiving your message, you will be refunded within the next 5 working days.
- Note that the delivery charges will not be refunded.
