You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy:
- You can send your product to be replaced by contacting us via Whatsapp or by sending an email at [email protected].
- Exchange is only valid if contacted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product/(s) must be unused, in the original packaging with labels attached.
- Your item needs to have a proof of purchase (the receipt or order number.)
- Items purchased on sale are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
